Serving Thirteen of SoundCream is for a change of pace and shifting gears. The first three years of this chapter were for mending myself through music, thoroughly understanding the perspective I bring to the decks, and seeing who would show up for me as an ever-evolving artist. As SoundCream Light goes on break this fall, I am digging into my library for music that reflects where my mind is now. I’m ready to go Harder, Better, Faster, & Stronger with a sure confidence in who I am. We’ll be kicking the tempo up to 128-140 while retaining a soundscape that remains uplifting and soul-shifting. This is music for Saturday nights.

To kickstart this new leaf for SoundCream, I’m featuring productions entirely from Trick Label. This project from the UK superstar, Patrick Topping, began in 2019 and has grown exponentially as a testament to its vision and reception globally. You will hear work from Trick’s top producers throughout the past five years, including my personal favorite from the mix, “That’s Life,” from Drew Dabble, which marked his Trick debut in December 2020, and features the lyrics: “You only live once and you’re not coming back, so express yourself!” Enjoy.
